Born Francis Albert Sinatra on December 12th 1915 to Italian immigrant parents in Hoboken, New Jersey, Frank Sinatra began his musical journey listening to the likes of Bing Crosby. He began singing professionally in his teenager, learning music by ear. He got his first big break when he joined a trio in 1935. In 1946 he broke onto the music scene with his debut album, "The Voice of Frank Sinatra."
