The decision was made by Best Cities, an online ranking powered by Resonance Consultancy, a global consultancy focused on real estate, tourism, and economic development. Best Cities annually ranks the top 100 cities to live, work and invest in. While Rome came seventh overall, it also came third in both place and programming, two separate rankings.
