The NFL promotes “International Diversity” During Weeks 4-5 Games

The NFL has announced an "International Diversity," with over 200 players and coaches wearing flags from different countries on helmets. During weeks 4-5 players and coaches wear flags to represent their nationalities. All players will continue to wear the American flag, but if they have spent 2 years living in another country or have a parent or grandparents born in their home country, they can wear that country's flag on their helmet as well. Coaches will wear their respective countries’ flags as pins on their jackets for Gameday.

With the NFL having their International series I'm other countries, this is a perfect way to connect the world with the NFL.

Over 200 players across the league are celebrating and representing their nationalities. The NFL is hoping to "showcase the global influence and recognize the impact that those contributing nations across the world have had on the NFL today."
