Check Out Sebastian Maniscalco’s Ancestral Italian Hometown of Cefalù, Sicily

Sebastian Maniscalco is heralded as a natural-born storyteller and one of America's funniest comedians. He got his start in comedy in 2005, performing for The Comedy Store in West Hollywood, California. He's performed and released five comedy specials, including "What's Wrong With People?" and "Why Would You Do That?" His comedy style tells a lot about his upbringing and is based on what it was like growing up Italian. Outside of comedy, he has starred in numerous big-screen movies including; Green Book, The Irishman, and most recently will star in About My Father, a loose autobiographical film about his relationship with his father.

Born and raised in the Arlington Heights section of Chicago, Illinois, he is the son to Italian immigrants, Salvatore Maniscalco and Rose Maniscalco. His father was born in Cefalù, Sicily, and his mother was born in Naples, Campania.
